Department of Political Science organized online ‘Indian Constitution Quiz’ during 4th July to 10st July 2020. In the quiz 595 people including students, faculty members and others were participated & participation certificate issued those who have scored more than 50% in quiz.

Visit to Zilla Panchayat
Prof.Mahammadgous.K.Pitali sir conducted a visit to Vijayapur’s Zilla Panchayat Office with B.A.V/VI Sem students on 13-03-2018. After visiting, Chief Executive Officer Dr. Surendra Babu IAS Officer attended us and given the complete information about the Panchayat Raj System. Students attended the NEREEGA Program which was conducted by Zilla Panchayat Officer at Zilla Panchayat Assembly Hall at 11:00am.

Department of Political Science organized “TRAFFIC RULES AWARENESS” Chief Guest P.S.I He highlighted the importance of traffic rules of the Indian Democracy. “A Guest Lecturer on Indian Democracy: Challenges & Solutions”
A Guest lecture was organized on 15th February 2019 by Department of Political Science. Prof.M D Balaganur Principal of Anjuman PU College Sindgi was the chief guest of the function.
Prof.M D Balaganur highlighted the importance of the challenges facing the Indian democracy such as corruption, communism, anti-secularism actions at present situation and its solutions. Prof.Sayyed Wajid Peerzade Director IQAC stressed about the Indian constitution, he said our constitution is in danger so it is our responsibility to protect it from the communal forces. Dr.A.B Shaikh Vice Principal of the College presided over the function. Prof.MahammadGous Pitali, H.O.D gave welcome and introduction of the chief guest. Prof.Saddam Mujawar proposed a vote of thanks. Staff and students of the college attended the function.
“CYCLE VOTER’S REGISTRATION AND VOTING AWARENESS RALLY”
Department of Political Science and N.S.S. units of the college, Vijaypur, Jointly organized cycle Voter’s Registration and Voting Awareness Rally; Chief Guest President of Anjuman-E-Islam Vijaypur flagged of the rally.
He highlighted the importance of voters, Registration and Voting of the Indian Democracy. He appealed all the eligible students to register their Names in the Voter’s list. “REFLECTING ON CONTEMPORARY PROBLEMS”
Deportment of Political Science Activities for the academic year 2018-19 was special Lecture on 28-08-2019. The function started with recitation of holy Qur’an, followed by Prof.MAHAMMADGOUS PITALI H.O.D, welcomed and Introduced of the Chief Guest. “Reflecting on Contemporary Problems” Resource Person- Prof.A.P.Bijapur Dept of Pol.Sci Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh Uttar Pradesh. Chairperson of the function he highlighted the challenge and problems Democracy in India of the special lecture. The function concluded by the National Anthem. All the staff and students were present.

“NATIONAL VOTERS DAY-2020”
The Department of Political Science in association N.S.S. units of our college celebrated “NATIONAL VOTERS DAY-2020” on 24 January 2020. Dr.Tarannum Jabeen Khan, Assistant Professor of BLDEA’s Smt.Banaramma Sajjan Arts & Commerce College for Women Vijaypur was the Chief Guest.
She highlighted the importance of voters & appealed to all the eligible students to register their names in the voters list. She emphasized more on the role of voters in making the democracy stronger. Dr.Z.S.Qureshi Principal of our college presided over the function, Prof.MAHAMMADGOUS PITALI; H.O.D welcomed & introduced the chief guest. Dr.Ruqqia proposed a vote of thanks, all staff and students of the college actively participated in the event.
“CELEBRATION OF CONSTITUTION DAY AND READING OF THE PREAMBLE-2020”
On occasion of celebration of ConstitutionDay (Samvidhan Divas) on 26th November 2020 our institute organized an event. This year the Hon’ble President of India led the Nation to Read the Preamble of Constitution in India at 11:00am on 26th November 2020. Staff and students ware assembled to participate in the Preamble session, after this session Dr.A.N.Chattarki, Principal addressed the gathering, the introduction and welcome speech given by Prof.Mahammadgous Pitali. “CELABRATION OF INETRNATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS DAY -2020”
The Department of Political Science and N.C.C Unit of our college celebrated “INERTNATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS DAY-2020” on 10th December, 2020. Dr. A. N. Chattarki, Principal of our college was the chief guest of the function.
Dr.A.N. Chattarki highlighted the importance of the challenges facing the Human Rights such as communism, anti-secularism actions at present situation and its solutions. Dr. Saleem Desai stressed about the Human Rights & Director IQAC Dr. M. A. Gadyal presided over the function. Prof. MahammadGous Pitali, Head, Dept. of Political Science welcomed and introduced the chief guest. Prof. S.I.S Hameed N.C.C Co-ordinetor proposed a vote of thanks. Staff and students of the college attended the function.
National Voters Day 2021
NSS units in collaboration with Department of Political Science took the National Voters’Day Pledge by Staff and Students of our college on 25th January 2021.
Prof. M.K.Pitali invited as a guest speaker in the workshop on “Indian Constitution and Present Political Situation in India” organized by Dept of Political Science, Anjuman Arts and Commerce College Sindagi.
