67th Birth Anniversary of Dr.M.B.Dilshad

Anjuman Degree College NSS Units  Celebrated  67th Birth Anniversary of Dr.M.B.Dilshad at Iqbal Hall in association with Dr.M.B.Dilshad Shikshan mattu Seva Samiti Dharwad and Anjuman Law College Vijayapur on 3rd January 2020. Dr. Smt Dr.R Sunandamma Registrar Akkamahadevi Women’s University Vijayapur was the Chief Guest. Mohammad Rafi Dilshad, Dr.J.B.Dilshad of the Samiti,  Principal Dr.Z.S.Qureshi, Dr.D.N.Dhari, ADC NSS Program Officer Dr.Ruqqia, invitees were present. NSS Volunteers from various colleges of Vijayapur participated in the Essay competition held on this occasion on the topic “Unity in Diversity-Indias’ Strength” and won Cash Prizes with Certificate.

The NSS Volunteers of our College under the guidance of NSS Program Officers Dr.Ruqqia, Prof.M.A.Peeran,  performed a “NUKKAD NATAK” on “AWARENESS OF VOTING” on 6th March 2019 at SECAB Engineering College,  Jalnagar; Gol Gumbaz, Gandhi Chowk and Meenakshi Chowk.

“Activities under the guidance of NSS Program Officer Dr.Ruqqia conducted in the month of February 2019” On 2nd and 3rd February 2019, Km.Atiq-ur-Rehman  participated in

Ist Activity :- “thenextlink block chain hackathon” organised by Makerslab of Sandbox Startups, Hubli. He successfully completed “Block chain Essentials” an online course on Cognitive Class.

IInd Activity :- Survey by Female Volunteers on “Cyber Awareness among UG, PG, BEd, Law College Students”.

IIIrd Activity :- Survey by Male Volunteers on “Solid Waste Management in the Hostels of Vijayapur City”.

“Participated in the Zonal Youth Festival”

“Participated in the Zonal Youth Festival”

In the 2 days Zonal Youth Festival which was organised by Rani Channamma University, Belgavi Students Welfare Section and BVVS-Shri.Sahayadri Arts,Commerce and Science  College,  Vijayapur  on 24th and 25th Feb 2019, 17 NSS Volunteers actively participated in various cultural and literary activities.

A  Skit on the topic “NIRBHAYA” bagged second prize that was performed by Miss.Shehnaz Sayyed in the lead role and Miss.Hazara, Miss Rashmi,Km.Abubakr, Km.Furqan, Km.Muzammil played the supporting role. Another event-Mime on “UNITY”, was performed by 5 Volunteers; Km.Atiq-ur-Rehman, Km.Aman, Km.Furqan, Km.Hassan, KmSadiq. All the participants were highly appreciated for their performances.

 

NSS Programme Officer Dr. Ruqqia accompanied the Volunteers.

Celebration of National Youth Day-2019

The NSS units of Anjuman Degree College celebrated National Youth Day-the 156th Birth Anniversary of Swa mi Vivekananda on 12th January 2019. Shri.Narayan.Babanagar (Recipient of Best Teacher National Award from CNR Rao Foundation) Govt Jr. College for Boys Vijayapur was the Chief Guest. He opined that the youths should  explore their talents and channelise their energies towards building a strong and developed nation with due regards to its rich culture and traditions. Prof.A.A.Nasar Administrator of ADC advised the volunteers to dedicate themselves towards building a better tomorrow. NSS Program Officers, Prof.M.A Peeran and Dr(Smt) Ruqqia, NSS Leaders Km.Abusami.Nagdekar, Kumari Shehnaz Sayyed and other volunteers actively  participated.
